bkk3 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bkk3", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the bkk3 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://bkk3.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses a bkk3 account.
• "Account" — the registered account created by a Player on the bkk3 platform.
• "Platform" — the bkk3 website, mobile browser interface, games lobby, sports betting section, and all associated features accessible at bkk3.io.
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, payment processing, promotions, and support features offered through the Platform.
• "Wallet" — the BDT-denominated in-platform balance associated with your Account.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits credited to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it qualifies for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" — UTC+6, the reference time zone used by bkk3 for all time-sensitive operations including promotion windows and session records.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the bkk3 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bkk3 with respect to your use of the Platform and Services.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, or by accessing any game or betting market on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their current version. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" shall apply to both you and that person.

bkk3 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to open an Account or use the Services. bkk3 operates a strict 21+ policy. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the Account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during this period may be withheld pending satisfactory verification.

3.2 Residency. The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you represent that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your location.

3.3 One Account per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Duplicate accounts, multiple accounts sharing the same identity, payment method, IP address, or device fingerprint will be flagged for review. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and balances may be forfeited.

3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated. bkk3 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information you have provided.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). bkk3 may require identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a promotional claim. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.

4 Account Security

4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bkk3 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Do not share your credentials with any third party.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify bkk3 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Until bkk3 receives such notification, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

4.3 Security Measures. bkk3 employs 128-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections. Account access is monitored for anomalous behaviour. We recommend using a strong, unique password and, where available, enabling two-factor authentication.

4.4 Account Sharing. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to use your Account. bkk3 reserves the right to close any Account that shows evidence of being shared or operated by more than one individual.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bkk3 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers. Supported methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Currency. All Wallet balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied by bkk3. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or mobile financial service provider are not within bkk3's control.

5.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum single deposit is ৳500. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 20 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. bkk3 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before releasing any withdrawal.

5.5 Source of Funds. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. bkk3 may deduct an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month from the Wallet balance of a dormant Account after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a further 6 months of inactivity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General. bkk3 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and similar events). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on each promotion page in addition to the general rules in this clause.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they are converted to Real Money Funds eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement and eligible games will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. bkk3 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus if it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotional offer.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the promotional validity period stated on the relevant promotion page will expire and be removed from the bonus balance automatically. bkk3 will not reinstate expired bonuses.

6.5 Withdrawal Sequence. Unless stated otherwise on a specific promotion page, Real Money Funds in your Wallet are used before Bonus Funds when settling bets. Bonus Funds are forfeited if a Player requests a withdrawal before meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

7 Gameplay & Fair Play

7.1 Certified Providers. All casino games available on bkk3 are supplied by certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider operates under independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the respective game provider.

7.2 Sports Betting. Cricket and other sports betting markets are offered with live in-play and pre-match options. Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number issued, odds are locked for that bet.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing, bkk3 will attempt to reinstate the game from its last known valid state. If reinstatement is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be refunded to the Player's Wallet. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system error are void and will not be paid.

7.4 Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in bkk3's server logs shall be considered definitive. Players may raise a dispute by contacting support within 72 hours of the relevant game session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bkk3 Platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from known bugs are void.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit transaction after it has been used to fund gameplay.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bkk3 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems or infrastructure.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the bkk3 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, and the overall selection and arrangement of content, is the property of bkk3 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. bkk3 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its content.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Platform in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of bkk3. Scraping, data mining, or systematic retrieval of Platform content is expressly prohibited.

10 Responsible Gaming

bkk3 is committed to promoting safe gambling practices. The Platform is intended as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. We provide the following tools directly accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account access for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net wagering position.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. bkk3 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and factors outside bkk3's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkk3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.3 Cap on Liability. Where bkk3's liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. bkk3 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or acts of third parties.

12 Privacy & Data

Your use of the bkk3 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how bkk3 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection principles.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting bkk3 support. Please refer to the Privacy Policy page for full details.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bkk3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date they are published on this page. Where changes are material, bkk3 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account; any Real Money Funds in your Wallet at that time will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Internal Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding the Platform or our Services, please contact bkk3 support in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

14.2 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate dispute resolution channels available to you under applicable law.

14.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bkk3 holds its operating authorisation. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.

14.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
